Responsible for supporting the cleaning team.
Houseman:
Responsible for collecting dirty bed linens from each room.
Bellman:
Works primarily during nighttime hours, providing support for guest requests such as towels, toilet paper, and other amenities.
Lobby Cleaning:
Dusting, vacuuming, and disinfecting high- touch surfaces. Glass doors and seating areas are cleaned frequently.
Hallways & Elevators:
Floors are vacuumed, and handrails sanitized. Elevators and mirrors are disinfected multiple times a day.
Restrooms & Public Areas:
Restrooms are stocked and cleaned regularly. Lounges and fitness rooms are disinfected for hygiene.
Deep Cleaning:
A thorough top-to-bottom cleaning of rooms and common areas, including carpets, upholstery, and hard-to-reach spots. High-touch surfaces are sanitized, and deep stain removal ensures a fresh and hygienic environment.
Additionally:
We offer specialized Deep Clean training for housekeepers, ensuring efficient deep cleaning services. This task is typically carried out by a team of four housekeepers, though the number may vary depending on the hotel’s size.
Food Runner:
Assists waiters in food and beverage service.
Waiter / Waitress:
Responsible for direct customer service.
Hostess:
Greets and accommodates guests, working in restaurants or hotel events—a frequent demand in the hospitality industry.
All lifeguards hired will be certified by the American Red Cross, ensuring the required qualifications and safety standards for the role. We have specialized instructors to provide this certification.
